Our soul desires us to have the most fulfilling and ALIVE experience that is possible. In order to do this we need our body to function well so that it is not preventing us from moving forward (physically and spiritually). This means we need to nourish our body and insist that it is treated well by none other than YOU.
-Sleep (7-9 hours per night),
-Nutrient rich food is food that is full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and low or completely void of insecticides
-Water that is clean and at least 6-8 glasses per day
-Exercise in the outdoors at least 5 days per week for a minimum of 20 minutes or 4 days of a minimum of 30 minutes.
These are necessary for the body to perform its basic functions like digestion, elimination, muscle repair, bone restoration and others too.
