Oatmeal Cashew Balls

Oatmeal Cashew Balls

This is another great snack that is a nice change from trail mix. Super easy and quick to make but extremely tasty.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 20-25 balls (depending on size)

Ingredients
1 cup cashew butter
2-4 Tbsp. honey
2 cups oats
1 cup raisins or currants

Optional:
-1/2 cup sesame or flax seeds

Directions
Combine all ingredients together until dough forms.
Tear off cashew mixture and roll into 2-3” balls.

Substitutions:
-you can use almond butter instead of cashew butter
-you can use kamut or spelt flakes instead of oats
-you can use chopped figs or dates instead of raisins or currants
